  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was provided. The staff were all friendly and polite. I was especially impressed with Lara. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. She was able to answer numerouse questions for me and was most helpful. - As it was late in the season, the city was not crowde... mitä ihmiset sanovat » d, but there was a marathon, with runners and bike riders everywhere on the Sunday, which provided diversion from the culture and history. The hotel was convieniently located close to the station and the older part of the city.

  Hotel was well located for visiting Lucca walled city. Close to shops and 10 mins taxi ride from the train station. Hotel staff were helpful and room was quite basic but clean and comfortable - Clean and value for money. Very close (15 mins) to entrance of walled city.
