  The Staff in the Hotel were all very friendly from the moment I arriveduntil I departed; I was treated like a Guest, not just a Customer. The overall cleanliness, service, ambience etc. We did not use the kitchen or breakfast provided however it was there if we wanted to make use of it. The tea in the afternoon was a nice touch and the availability of the shuttle service was great. We took a cab to the hotel from the airport 30Euros..as compared to the 15 charged by the hotel.   Hotel room was comfortable, but the location was not so good. There is a supermarket, and restaurant/cafes below the hotel, but nothing else within walking distance. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the train station for Rome & the Airport. Hotel restaurant was basic for dinner, but a large selection for breakfast.   hyvä aamupala ja mukava henkilökunta - Staff was wonderful about giving us help and information about Rome. We were able to take the van and be dropped off in the center of Rome. Very nice not to have to drive into Rome. Room was large and breakfast was wonderful! - Good value, clean nice rooms.
