Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight. -

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was

Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. -

Madam Anna is very friendly, generous, helpful and open hearted. Though my room was pretty small even for one bed it served me well with all I needed and it was always clean.
The location is also very good if you don't mind to take a short walk to the city.
