  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery). Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.   We liked absolutely everything. Starting of how we were welcomed in reception by a young man; the location, the room itself; very pleasant and humble roomservice man to the moment we were waved goodbye. The room was really nice. Small and very very cosy. And of course those breakfasts, which were served in our room and we allways enjoyed quite fo - I can not complain about this hotel. Nice staff, the room was clean. They bring you the breakfast to your room if you want. It is a 2min walk to the trevi fountain. Everything was great. If we ever go back to Rome, we would like to stay at the same hotel.
