  They provided all that I expect: excellent cleaning, nice room, comfort, services, good looking. The receptionists are friendly and professionals, the room was amazing (pillow choices, spacious, boiler inside, even a map on the desk!!). Each room (we peered in a few the next morning!) is unique and filled with interesting objects, beautiful art work, interesting books and is a delight to stay in.   Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again.
