The hotel was delightful and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restored convent is beautifully decorated. Anyone planning a special event would love this hotel. Everything at the hotel seems to be selected with great care. The antiques throughout the hotel make you feel like you are living in another era. Outstanding experience and worth the travel to Agropoli. The views from the hotel are amazing.Paestum is nearby so that was an interesting site to visit.

We seemed to be the only visitors on a Friday night in early May - hard to understand, given the quality of the place. Worth remembering that this is a B&B, so it took a while to establish that we could have an evening meal there. Once we did it was very good and served in a room with stunning views. Very warm reception, very nice location, beautiful view from the room, excellent breakfast, nice little and almost private beach, you have to climb down quite a steep hill, but it is worth the effort. It is not far from Paestum, which is a great place to visit!. This is a true hidden gem. The owners and staff are very caring and helpful without being intrustive. The food is exceptional. The water veiw from our room was 5 star. Romantic,peaceful,a place to return to, as often as possible. Staff were extremely nice, helpful and efficient. Beautiful rooms with stunning views. Convent artifacts had been tastefully integrated. Breakfast was delightful sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea bathed in sunlight. We really liked everything - it exceeded our expectations in every dimension: Amazing setting in beautiful landscape/ extremely peaceful/ very elegantly restored/ refined food with genuine local touch/ great hospitality. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful hotel with very attentive, welcoming staff. Quiet location with fabulous views. The old building has been sympathetically renovated - will definitely return. Marvelous location with seaview, every detail considered to make the stay an unforgetable one; owner and wife very friendly and providing super excellent service; location is a real pearl!. Nice terrasses and marvellous view from our room. This was a 5 plus, no problems. A little tricky to find - do print out a google map showing one-way streets if you are travelling by car. The town of Agropoli is not a very interesting town, a bit difficult to find a reasonable restaurant. Nothing BUT the food is so good I think they should hold cooking demonstrations upon request. Nothing to criticize. Thought the choice at breakfast a bit limiting and the fruit was not especially good. Food could be a bit more extravagant.. Not fitting yet to location. two days the hot water was pretty cool - made a shower invigorating. The top floor room was small for people over 180 cm.
