Both my wife and myself loved everything about shealane guest house. I would say it was easily the best we have stayed in. Jim and Mary ,the owners were very hospitable, the breakfasts amazing and the house itself was beautifully located. I don't think we have stayed in any hotels which could compete with the hospitality of the owners and the range and quality of the breakfasts. A big thank you to them both for a memorable trip.

In fact, they were consisently kind, humourous and efficient throughout my stay. My room had lovely views of the river, was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was our best Accommodation in Ireland. It’s 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre in a very quit location. We had a big room very comfortable with a nice view on the mountains. It is always a good sign that most of the staff have been there for quite some time. - I loved the fact that the hotel was in the heart of Killarney. What a wonderful place! absolutely perfect if you want to escape city life and forget all problems! Rooms are spotless, spacious, renovated, quiet, we got a beautiful view on the river. Very friendly stuff and nice breakfast in the morning. Def. good value for money!
