  My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet.   I liked the concierge, the man really new what info to give us and was very understandable. I also liked the restaruant and bar, the people working the nights that I dined and wined there were extremely friendly on never left me bored out of my mind. We were given a room in the Executive floor which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, though I'm sure other rooms equally well furnished. The Neil Diamond Concert was also great!
