  Over many years I have booked friends & business colleagues into this city center however this October, I made a quick long weekend trip (Oct 13) to Dublin & stayed at this hotel myself. Lovely old-fashioned atmosphere, friendly staff and very confortable rooms. Bar and lobby are welcoming. Ask for a room with a wifi.   Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. I was so impressed that I got the names of the 3 people on reception, they were Chris, Slava, Maggie and the staff in the bar couldnt be more helpful. we were there as we were taking part in the ladies mini marathon. we got top class attention from apsolutely everyone we met. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper.   I recently stayed at pearse hotel with 2 friends who I havnt seen in a long time so in order to have a catch up we decided to go to the olly murs concert and this hotel seemed perfect.
