  The receptionist Ian was particularly helpful and had good advice as to where to visit during our short trip. The breakfast was good too - nothing fancy but you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. Kitchen and lounge facilities looked good although didn't use them much. Shop nearby to get snacks and drinks. All round enjoyable experience - The staff were extremly helpful before we even got there giving amazing directions from airport on bus and then foot. The private room was big clean n had a nice modern design it it. They were able to store out bags before check in as we got to dubs very early . Would deffo go again if in dubs. Thanks x x

  Friendliness of the staff. Good clean rooms for a reasonable price. And the proximently of the place to downtown. I esp. liked the bus picking us up for the airport in the morning.   This guest house was exactly we searched! The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean too and some towels was available in the bedroom. Irish breakfast was very good Catherine was very friendly & helpful ( always smiling :) ) and a great councellor for anything we wanted to know about transports or the city. We would come back again for sure! - The service and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. Particularly of Catherine, the owner. She has to be one of the most welcoming people we've met. She put a lot of effort into meeting our specific needs and conversation with her was great as well. You probably won't find much better service and care around. It is excellently located just north of the city so it is a 15 minute walk from the buzz of the night life, but located in quiet area of town.

I do not have rich experience of guest houses and B&B but this is really good. Value for money +++. and the owner just perfect.

Prior to my arrival I emailed the front desk about transportation from the airport -- they emailed me back immediately with the bus to take, where it drops me off, and how to get to the hotel from there. Upon checkout, I was able to leave my bags at the front desk and they provided me with a taxi to the bus station. Even better, the hop on-hop off bus - The Belvedere Hotel was close to the centre,of Dublin a couple of minutes away walk. The room was quite and very clean and breakfast enjoyable, you received a discount if booking breakfast when you arrive. Lifts available so you don't need to carry bags. We got a very good last minute deal for the night. There is a pub bar/food connected to hotel.The hotel has entertainment shows on weekends. The hotel is very closely located to entertainment, food, sight seeing attractions.

  The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed.
