  I had a very enjoyable experience on a weekend in Cork with my friends. We found the Ashley Hotel to be a great spot to stay right in the centre, close to all the best, high-street shops. My room was nice, very clean and bright, had a comfortable double bed, although I booked a single room for myself. Hotel's car park is a great advantage. The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping street in Cork and the surrounding area was quiet. My wife also loved the breakfast choices and all were top quality. About a 15 min walk to the bus terminal, but well worth the walk.
