  I liked everything about this place . I stayed with my 11year old daughter as we were goin to the o2. It's on d luas line only 1 min away. It had a really cool feel to the place. Great for young people and family's alike. Although its a hostel it didnt feel like it . Bar staff were helpful and friendly. Reception staff were welcoming.   The hotel is nice, comfortable and in a great location. You can reach easily the town center in 15 mins walk. In less than 5 mins walk you arrive to Hueston station, where there is a link with the airport (usually a bus every 15 minutes). Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

  Yes it was very positive for me the staff offer me every assistance when I ask them. They offer great service to me through out. my stay. and when I rang to confirm my stay with them and told them that I had made a mistake in my booking. They change it for me with no bother. It was quite close to the lift.And when I pointed out some improvements that could be made to the disability room they seem willing to - It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

  Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, big as well. We were three and we had no problem with anything in the room. We just stayed 4 nights, but we're definitely going again to this hotel. Amazing staff, they were all really nice people (especially Michelle, Teo and James) and they helped us in everything we needed.   What a Gem. I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got. Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful. Location was superb right in the centre with views over river. How they can do it for 60€ pe - Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.
