Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. It really made our whole trip and we will return without a doubt.

We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were
excellent. The room and bath was beautiful. The location was perfect for
us. It's away from all the busyness of Killarney and directly across
the street from the National Park and an easy path to Muckross Abbey and
Muckross House. I wish we'd stayed another day and taken advantage
of the bikes they have to loan, so we could have explored even more of

Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family. The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.

We loved the hospitality of Breda and the other staff at Marion's B&B. They were incredibly helpful and friendly and assisted us greatly with directions to local sights as well as where to locate stuff in town. We stayed up talking late into the night with Breda who shared so many insights into life in Ireland. This really made our stay in Killarney very special and we will definitely be back to visit if we pass through again.
