Very comfortable, quiet and close to town. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend BWL. Good breakfast. Price and very nice place to stay. Lovely clean minimal room, extremely quiet location. The Irish breakfast, the hotel bar open until midnight or more... Very quiet. Very good accomodation for the price. El lugar donde se ubica. A very good place. kaikki arvostelut »
Lovely rooms and beautiful suroundings. Spacious rooms. 1.5 Kilometers outside village. Did not realise that we had to initially check in at Hylands Hotel in the town. The breakfast and the lack of information (and therefore no staff around) on the area, and on the hotel. As mentioned, there needs to be a sign directing people to go to the bigger hotel to check in.There was no one at reception when we arrived and we had to move room after we had checked in beacuse the receptionist put us in the wrong room. The was no one on reception at check out. No staff is working to make you be confortable there. They're not there but 1km far away, or they do not help you when required. No staff actually based at hotel; had to go to a different hotel to check in; breakfast was terrible (gone off orange juice and stale bread); my credit card had already been charged when I went to check out even though I had stated that I wished to pay by cash as my friends would be paying their share to me in cash. The accommodation was far from the main hotel and unattended when we arrived. We weren't aware that we had to collect the key from another location and that staff would not be on site. The reception / lounge area looked neglected and un-cared for - not a welcoming area on our arrival. The bathroom was very small, and the bedroom smelt 'closed up', but with the window open, there was a septic sewerage smell.
