Café Alberto is a beautifully crafted hotel right on the beach with beautiful rooms from where you can hear and see the sea. The bathrooms are cleverly designed and full of thoughtful details: soap and shampoo presented in authentic, beautiful fashion. The staff (including Alberto and his wife) are genuinely there to assist you with anything you need in terms of transportation (dirt cheap to go around the island), food, drinks, excursions, etc., always with a smile. We loved the food so much th.

Very good à la carte breakfast (including a great fresh fruit juice and pancakes), a fine Italian restaurant where we got small bites for lunch and good romantic dinners with candlelights right on the sand... The people working there are very friendly and the owner is extremely attentive and courteous. Hope to get there in the future. Please remind that there are only four rooms there, so you have to book well ahead. A free shutt. The boss is very courteous and take care of our every needs. The room and bed are big enough to cater for 3 persons. The apartment is very clean, new and provided with ample plug points. We choose this hotel due to free wifi and reasonable room rate together with free breakfast. We are able to relax in the declining chairs provided at the balcony overlooking the sea. The beach is clean and the sand is very fine. The wave is just right for swimming. The hotel also provide free transport to Sengi. This place has the most fabulous setting right on the water with a terrific beach. The owner Guiseppe and his staff are superb. They were always available and catered to my every need even preparing an early morning departure breakfast and personally driving me to the ferry dock. I was on a six week trip and this was my favorite place to stay. Great food and great sunsets in the outdoor beach side dining area.The rooms and the views are spectacular. Don't miss the banana pancakes. We really liked cafe Alberto. The rooms are very nice with a wonderful sea view. The food was very good. Especially the Italian food, breakfast ist also delicious. It's very quiet and you can relax at the beach pretty well. The room service was perfect and the owner knows good routes to go hiking. The beach was not busy. It's not in the center of senggigi, so you have to take the free shuttle, but we enjoyed the fact that we didn't stay in the touristy city. Great location by the beach. The rooms are in direct contact with the sea and there is special opening above windows/doors so you can sleep with sound of the waves - fantastic! The owner has passion for the region and has great suggestions for exploring the area - we went hiking with him in the morning - don't miss it! The restaurant is very good and has perfect location on the beach to watch the sunset. Cafe Alberto is an beautifully designed restaurant right at the beach of Senggigi. The B&B consists of 4 minimalistic, spacious and comfortable rooms. My room had a great terrasse and view to the ocean. It's a family run business and Guiseppe is always around for a chat. I especially enjoyed the early morning hikes to the local hills. Definitely a reommedation to stop by this place!. The italian owner Mr Giuseppe and his family makes you feel welcome and every moment he can explane and organise all the excursion in all Lombok and the region. Very good and big breakfast ,direct access to near beach ,excellent quality price ratio for the hotel and restaurant, the best hotel that I've visited in Indonesia. Nice 4 room B&B by the beach. Breakfast by the beach, just outside our room, fresh omelette and fried rice, fresh juice, Pineapple pancakes with honey and coffee. In the evening after dinner there were soft chairs on the beach for the night cap looking at the sunset and the stars. It was hard to leave. The setting of the place with the beach and the courtyard pool was beautiful. Very hospitable owner who also offers short tours around Sengigi. We also dined at the restaurant. Very romantic setting from sunset. Good food and service too. If I am to visit Lombok, will definitely book and stay here again. We loved the location, and the accomodation was so nice. Staff were very helpful,and we were met on arrival by Alberto ,who explained everything in detail. Restaurant was lovely , with stunning views and sunsets. Would definitely recommend Cafe Alberto B&B. We will be back. Cafe Alberto provides everything you need for a splendid holiday: a lovely beach, excellent staff, lovely accommodation, great food (indonesian or italian), breathtaking nature and a sailing boat in front of the house. Upon arrival Guiseppe, the owner, introduced himself in person and welcomed us. He personally showed us around as well as brought us up to our room with an amazing sea view. The staff, the food as well as the location is great. I loved everything about this bed and breakfast, the location, the food, the room, the people working there and the Italian/Indonesian family! You really feel like you are at home. Biking in the enviroment is fantastic!. The owner/host was very amicable/helpful. The entire property (accommodation, pool, outdoors restaurant and bar) as well as the adjoining beach was both very clean and well designed with consistently friendly staff. Excellent place to enjoy high level of relaxation with beautiful see view, quality food, friendly staff members. Yet, privacy is well-maintained. We will come back here next time to challenge Mr.Ringini trekking!. It was perfect! The bosses, the staff, the clean and beautifully designed hotel with their delicious food served in their ever famous italian restaurant, we loved it! Definitely will be coming back again! :). The hotel is a bit far away from the centre and you need a taxi if you want to go there out of the free shuttle times. Anyway, we only went outside 1 night for dinner during our 6 day stay because everything you need is on-site! No Internet in the room and wifi at times week in the main building. The light provided in the room and restaurant is too dim. May be it is good for romantic couple. From our first day on the staff wanted to sell us some guided tours for quite high prices. That was annoying and we felt like they hassled us a little bit. That's the only thing we didn't like that much. We assume the owner doesnt know about his staff selling tours. All other things were perfect. We'll definitely come back. Although in general very clean - one or two details in the bed linen were not perfect (but again very minor - in general very clean). Restaurant can get very busy best to book. Nothing much. Traffic noise. Nothing.
