  We stayed at ize for the last week of our holiday in Bali, and we loved everything about our stay. Our room was very spacious and well laid out, with great amenities. I love the idea that drinks from the mini-bar were free of charge. Wifi was excellent in our room and throughout the hotel.   The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
