We love this place!!! spanking new boutique villa with lots of space, from living area+kitchenette, master bedroom and a back patio, ample space for the price we're paying, its awesome! staff attentiveness is great! the villa design in every aspect is gorgeous the location, because it is away from the touristy area, private and yet not too far from the busy streets accessible by taxi feels like a holiday the moment you arrive! enjoy this while it last!.

The hotel, being very quite, is only 5 min taxi to Seminyak and Kuta beach and other local tourists spots, which should cost no more than USD3 per ride. Every hotel staff is nice, always smiling and helpful, especially the hotel manager Bimo. Bimo has given us many good recommendations such as where to shop, eat, etc. We will definitely stay at Karmar Karmar when we go to Bali next time. Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff are friendly and will do anything to make sure the stay is comfortable. It is a small b&b but very cosy and good for couples. The architecture is beautiful, and very clean. Exactly what it looks like in the photos. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main shopping area, but we liked being a little out of the centre as it was quieter. Would highly recommend!. Staff was really friendly and provided good service. Very nice to provide free afternoon tea/coffee (real tea not just teabags) and Balinese sweets. Free airport shuttle withing my booking. Good breakfast. If you want to go into Seminyak it's about 15 minute walk, however I did not mind that at all. I'll sure be back if I stay in Seminyak again. Everything was excellent about this small boutique style hotel, in a small street not far from a busy street. We`stayed two nights and were very impressed with the service, the design and finish of the hotel and its location. We would definitely recommend this hotel for good value and comfort. Everything was just amazing, the staff was just excellent. I would even recommend this lovely relaxing oasis for honeymooners. Best place ever for this money !!!! We only stay one night so we don't cant say anything about the area around the hotel. But it was very quiet and relaxing. The staff is excellent, the manager John helped us a lot on renting cars, booking the rafting, the price is lower than the one given by the agency. All the staffs are nice and professional. It's a nice place for a group of friends stay together. Very friendly staff. Owner really did it's best for the design of the hotel. Details around swimming pool are very nice (electra behind pool beds for laptop). Bed really comfortable. Seminyak much more quiet then Kuta. Very good choice. Provide baby cot on demand. It's in a great location. The pool is beautiful and beds are comfortable. There is a place to rent a motorbike just across the street. One of the best location for tourists on bikes, quite place, close to centre, river voices near hotel, I liked, but my wife didnt :). Was quiet, away from the craziness. We love it really, nothing much to complain about though they ran out of bathrobe on our last day of staying there but its not a big issue, just a slight bummer bath tub, if ONLY they have a bath tub that would so complete the junior suites breakfast selection is alright for a short stay, but for a longer stay we got a little bit bored with the american choice breakfast that comes with the room package but then again not a big issue. nothing. if you want to go into Seminyak it's about 15 minute walk, however I did not mind that at all. The breakfast can be improved, a little bit simple. The villa is far from the beach, About 3km away, but one the other side, it's quiet. Finishing inside room could be better. Rain shower go's everywhere and cannot be used. Lower shower is to low to stand underneath. Kit between the tiles not so nicely done. Breakfast very limited. There were contruction in hotel for new kitchen from 8 in morning after asking they started later after 10 o clock. So that was good solution. - not on the beach, but this is an advantage almost, because it's really quiet. Taxi drivers couldn't find the place as it was new. We wanted a late checkout but it was going to cost $50 extra even though we were the only guests in the hotel. No food except breakfast. It's difficult to find. I have been to Bali over 10x and even I had trouble finding it. Thankfully taxis in Bali are inexpensive and after 2 times searching you know your way. The location is not walking distance to main attractions in seminyak, but we were aware of this and we prefer its quite location. A bit remote. A 15 min walk one will find plenty of shops. You need transport to go to restaurant or beach. But for me no problem, because you can rent à motorbike. nothing. Quite a walk to nearest eateries. Tricky parts in the dark with heavy traffic. But doable :). too many masquitos & bugs. To far out of town did not know .would rather just walk to shops . Cannot use credit card.
