I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.
