  The hotel was great, the staff were so lovely and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The pool area was great and my son loved swimming everyday. The hotel is right on the beach with lots of water sports to choose from. The all inclusive was brilliant, the food and drink was great and different everyday. Room cleaned and freshened daily and at night they came into your room to bug spray. Never had that before. Swimming pool was lovely with lots of sun beds everywhere and on the beach. Location was great too and plenty of restaurants shops just outside of the hotel if you wanted to venture out.

  Absolutely loved the location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that is was a small, boutique style property. Lovely to see the ocean from your room balcony and great view from restaurant. Rooms were larger than average hotel room. Close to many restaurants and shops. Close to Bali collection where you can find good restaurants and go to prada for massage. The beach in the hotel is small but nice and you can find all watersport. I really recommand :-)

The grounds are absolutely spectacular and we had a stunning room with an outdoor kitchen and ensuite bathroom overlooking the gorgeous pool. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious! It was definitely our favorite breakfast during our two week stay in Bali. The property is also right across from the beach which was wonderful.

Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad. I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect! All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
