  I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a cafe restaurant, which serves a well priced food. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. The iPod was then returned to me. Such honesty and professionalism of - We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious.   The staff were excellent, truly made our stay comfortable. The place is clean but has signs of deterioration. It definitely is value for money in Jakarta. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.
