Have a good location beside of SwissBell Mangga Besar. This hotel has a very good room and furnish, and luxury bathroom too. Room rate is excelent, have a breakfast service. I will be there again in next month. Very reccomended hotel to other guest. The hotel is new. Room sizes are ok and clean. Staff are helpful and streets are not very busy with traffic. Central location, easy to travel to Tanah Abang and Magga Dua.

Drilling in hotel beginning at 7 am was horrible when somebody wants to sleep. breakfast don't have option and the taste is to standard. There's no window. Breakfast is horrible, but for the price it is understandable. Smell in the bathroom. Wifi is not working during our stay (3D2N). We complained but nothing changed. The room is clean but the water in the bathroom smells very bad. Noise during the night, people in next room were screaming and talking until 2am. I called reception at 1am and ask them to do something. They came and told the guy in next room to be quiet but he just laughed. After that the party continued and I wasn't able to sleep. It started again at 6am in the morning, after that I complained and checked out. All they said was "We are sorry". This hotel is not good if you need to sleep during the night. The hot water in the bathroom not working well. Water from the shower always hot. No parking area, we have to park our car at near building. Recepsionist not friendly and polite. Tap water was yellow and seems like they were having problem with the water filter. I don't like BF in the morning with fried rice n I would like better porridge chicken n omellete n croissant/BREAD. room facility not in good condition. Sewage smell. Poor location. No milk. No bread. No double beds. Reception staff seem poorly trained. The water in the whole hotel is a mess. Brown coloured and smelling like canalisation... For that they should definitely find some solutions if that could be fixed the hotel would be good with a resonable price. Double bed not big enough. Standard of cleanliness not up to scratch. Rooms not cleaned thoroughally everyday whether they appear to be dirty or not. Had to complain that the floors hadn't been cleaned. Asian hair on the floors and we are not Asian! My sons blood still on the floor from the previous day! Although the coffee spill had been mopped up! Wouldn't allow us to secure with credit card but pay cash on check out so had to pay cash for the bill on arrival ??. service is very bad. Made a reservation for room with window, when we arrived no room with window available. Water for shower was brown/yellow and cold. Room really dirty with hairs, bed was used before. Dirty dishes from guest before us laid on ground in our door, wasn't disposed of for 2 days. Room in first floor very very noisy, sleep after breakfast started impossible. very poor management, they collect all booking and when we want to check in they said there's no room available anymore without any info or confirmation first to us.. and they solve the problem really un profesional.. - Room with no window... and very hot. - You can listen to EVERYTHING that happens outside the room (alarms, other bathrooms, etc. The walls are like paper.
