very good value for your money: clean; friendly staff; good bed, good bathroom; good curtains, no noise, easy access (although a little outside the city) very good ventilation (ex: bathroom dries fast!) good airconditionning. Quietness, clean, personnel very helpfull, tea and coffee in the room +a bottle of water from the hotel. For me as a solo traveller just the right place. And value for money. Rather wclose to Gambir station.

The Location is right at a busy street, could be handy for travellers who would explore the city. The Staff were really nice and helpful. The have complementary breakfast but mind that it's asiawise. The Location is ok. It's on the main street. And all the atractions are near. Staff gave directions to where we wanted to go. Place very centralise to go for nightlife. Security was good. At the time we were looking for rooms, it was the only one at this price in the city center having air-con, refrigerator, free wi-fi and windows. (Executive rooms). I like the room design, the minibar and the receptionist was friendly. One time, in my room, there was no tv signal, I had to call the room service, they gave me a very good and quick response. The sidewalk is always blocked: at daylight from parked cars and motorbikes, at the night from occasional local restaurants who throw the water from the washed dishes at the road. - No internet in room -small room - breakfast, should have more variety. Rooms are tiny and noisy, bathroom was very dirty. Bath robe and towels were not cleaned and linen had blood spots. Bathroom felt like a jail cell. The towels were nasty. I had to go out at night and buy a new one for ourselves. Small rooms and poor breakfast. Already confirm fr letsbookhotel.com but the hotel staff inform me the room already full. No wifi connection in the room. This hotel dose not suits for international passenger as I find !) Room was too small. 2)The Breakfast was not at international level even total foods over there were Indonesian. 3) Bath rooms are very low quality of sanitary. The staff not very professional and reliable. They forgot to send me the taxi at my arrival at the international airport late at night. Moreover, the upgrading of the room some days before departure wasn't possible because of overbooking. No discount or money back was possible. - the sheets always have spots although its clean !!! - they had bedbugs - there was this smell that comes from the bathroom whenever you flush - poor food |( i found a fly in the omelet ). electrical equipment facility. - when have problem, no solution from hotel side. - food serve is too bad, less tasty. - staff unfriendly. Mold in bathroom, shower is over toilet and floor is always wet, said it had mini bar - did not, did not say room had no windows, no fire extinguishers in boxes, no English tv channels, safe did not work, mosquitoes coming up from drains, very loud because located over bakery, said they have international food did not, dirty, lobby is actually wall paper store, staff unresponsive to concerns. It appears this hotel is posting their own reviews!. Room cleanliness is so bad. I found some hair on the drap as the room was not maked up. And the room is very small. small room.
