Almost everything. Staff's great in helping me with dispute on Blue bird taxi problems (he brought me to the wrong place, so I told him to turn back to Citadines again). Eco-friendly & organic shower gels & body lotion. Connected to MMC hospital. Wonderful! Got my allergy meds from there. (MMC is expensive though). location and the facilities, we choose to stay here because one of our familiy member was hospitalised at mmc hospital, and it is so close to the hospital that it has connecting hub. strong wifi.

I could see the city skyline from my room.This place near shopping center, restaurants/cafes, next to hospital, etc! Its awesome!!. very friendly and helpful staff, nice view over Jakarta, brilliant services within premises (laundry, kitchen, pool, gym, etc.). Close to mall with 7 Eleven shop, food, pharmacy, massages, etc. The lace ws very clean and comforable. The staff were proffessioal and very helpful. For the price paid, the service and level of accomodaton is excelent. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent WiFi internet available in the room. Good laundry service which is reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. Also it is near Festival Plaza which has variety of international restaurants. new hotel, you can cook in room, thinks for cooking available, staff were excelant. Staff were very good. Not from dirtiness but I think it is the piping design. the traffic in front of the hotel on weekdays, it's jakarta after all .... - No bathrobe + bathtub - breakfast is very disappointing. Its expensive and not value for money at all, since there are very few selection of meals in Ratatouille. The breakfast didn't reflect the name of the restaurant, French Bistro and Bar. There are only noodle, sausage, omellette, bread, fruit, cereal, That's it! Not worthed at all. The toilet in this restaurant is worse!!! Please pay attention the cleanliness for the toilet. sometimes difficult to explain where it is to taxi drivers (as 99% of places in Jakarta), just be sure to refer both to MCC hospital. Access with cars is somewhat tricky too, but nothing to really bother about. Lack of a decent shopping centre and good restaurants within easy walking distance. Many fast food restaurants over the road from the MMC hospital. The hotel was unknown to many taxi drivers who were not willing to drop us to the area in which the hotel is located and that could be due to the heavy traffic in roads leading to the hotel. not recomended area for vication and relax, crouded,traffic nothing very intresting near, they dont have resturant sevice in room, but have an external resturant you can order and bring to your room. Before arriving I had difficulty contacting to arrange a airport pickup,however once arranged worked well. The restaurant on the ground floor was not open. Sterile ac-air, temporary internet conenction problems. The TV and phone didn't working..... nothing. Water heater did not work for shower. Pool is not very clean. Pool was closed, restaurant has limited western breakfasts. service. The hotel is very new so the rooms still smell of paint. Some staff need extra customer service/hospitality training. Amenities are very basic. Am very unhappy because the drainage system is not working! And nobody tried to fix it after I've made the complaint. This is hotel room with very small kitchen not like studio, windows do not open, not enough glasses, plates for two persons, wifi very slow.
