Well located in North Jakarta with proximity to sea, harbour and central Jakarta. Neat and large rooms for modest budget, swimming pools overlooking residential area and ocean, breakfast offering large choice of dishes. I liked the staff and rooms were nice and clean. I had a problem with my Internet and the staff were there to fix my problem in 10 minutes. Overall 8 out of 10. I would stay there again for sure!!.

Cable TV was good and having a wireless router in each room was excellent. its very roomy. decor is not bad rather clean staff - friendly near to the airport - no hassle going back to airport for departure. The food in the restaurant is quite nice. it was OK. - nice, but small swimming pool. Slowness of the staff, inability to print out deposit refund ticket, inaccuracy of room description w/r balcony (I don't consider an outdoor area of less than 1 sqm, designed to host the air-con machine, to be an enjoyable balcony...). The hall way out of my room was very hot and muggy!!! As they had no air conditioning!! The finishings in the lift was not complete. Old carpets and wood panels. Massage service not good and the old lady wanted to include more services. minor hiccup- dont hv visible egg station- so i'd requested for the 3rd time till i got my omelette. We booked two non-smoker rooms with single beds instead of double beds almost one month before travel date. However, at the time of check-in, they put us in double bed rooms and for smokers. We tried to talk them about it and they didn't have any other available rooms to relocate us. We had to spend one night in these rooms and they changed the rooms next day. Had to bring my own fruit juice from the counter as it stayed there a long time waiting for staff to bring it to my table. air conditionner not cool enough in my room. hard check out.cause long time will be taken... I requested for a late check out at 14.00, they said will let me know soon whether it could be confirmed or not, but at 12.30 they sent me an email asking me to out from the hotel at 13.00, which mean I only have 30 minutes to prepare myself to check out, I was quite disappointed at the moment. Hope my commentary could be useful for you. Location. Th bathroom had the a few nuts and bolts loose , workmanship of builders is deplorable. No pick up from the airport to the hotel. I asked many taxi driver in the airport and no one is willing to go to the hotel due to flooding. Finally I took a "taxi" is no license and paid more expensive than the usual rate to there.(200,000 rp) Also, I climbed Mount Merapi on the day before and would like to enjoy massage and relax. While massage staff is on leave so I just kept my muscle pain on the next day departing Jarkata to HK. far away and also if you plan to go to city expect a traffic jam. It looks more like an apartment, do not feel yourself like in a hotel. The corridors are not like hotel. No facilities accept pool. The rooms are quite simple. Oh, almost forgot, the Internet is absolutely no workable. The connection as 10 years before. Even can't talk by Skype. The location is very bad and far from the center. - very bad service - staff need really training about polite behavior to the guests.
