Location is very good - and for a bust street, it was quiet inside the hotel. Suggestion - get a Deluxe Room, there is 3 of them, they are located up the back of the hotel complex and have another pool to themselves. There is also 2 private rooms (step up from the Deluxe rooms) with private plunge pools. -

You can have in room massages for a small fee. We also had my daughters hair braided and organised for our washing to be done. Nothing is a problem.

The villa was perfect for a Family, good space, and the hotel well located, equal near the beach and Legian restaurant streets (150mts). Great hotel and staff friendly and always willing to please. Hotel is remote but that is why we chose it. Had a great view over the local village, was interesting everyday. Breakfast was served in our room and was good value. Pool was refreshing and private. Restaurant was good. Small menu but food of high standard. -

I appreciated the attention to details. Since I have an infant child, it was particularly sweet that Conrad prepared a small package of baby stuff (shampoo, lotion diaper, etc) and placed stuffed toys (monkeys and turtles) around. My son loved the stuffed toys!! It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. I also liked their quick service.

This place was a 10 out 10.
My wife and I are extremely picky but we could not find a single problem with Conrad.
I recommend for families and couples(they have a separate area for them). It is perfect!
All was integrated and I never need to touch my walled to purchase anything. They even held our children while we were having dinner sometimes ; )
