  The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza.   What a wonderful place to stay, i would reccomend these apartments to anyone. Great staff who will look after your every needs, great location if going out at night in kuta, just a short walk home, rooms are just beautifuly decorated and clean. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design.   Staff were generally great and very friendly. Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!) Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe) Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning. Location is good and security is excellent. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.
