Great location! Manager Sanjeev is a very helpful and knowledgeble man, and I learned a lot about Varanasi and India through him. His suggestions on resturants and shops were also good.
The manager is courteous, service minded, genuinely tries to accommodate and please every one, and meet their needs. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff are exceptionally friendly.
The location was perfect. It was a few steps away from the Ganges.

Staff at hotel, especially Sanjeev the manager, was very helpful in every respect. Close to the Ganges.
The hotwater did not work but I was given a key to another room to take shower.
It is little difficult to carry our luggages in the narrow alley.
Toast for breakfast was cold, had to wait quite a while for being served a small breakfast.
