Proximity to railway station. Good choice of breakfast. Delicious food in restaurant. Friendly house-keeping and room service team. Clean bed linen and towels. Flat TV screen with good choice of channels. I stayed in another Hotel in Madurai after that and I found it more expensive and the facilities were very poor.This Hotel is value for money.The best part was there is a minibar in the room.

This is a very well run, modern hotel where everything works, the staff are well trained and the restaurant serves good, well priced food. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with the staff courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and room service was quite good and reasonably priced. Very clean and excellent facilities. Everything is clearly planned. The bar facility is really good. Staff was responsive. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Overall rating is excellent !! Food is very tasty and propmptly served. Whole ambience & food was good. clean, comfortable and large rooms. This was our first couple of nights in India, so it was a bit of a shock. The hotel was a great price & served our needs. It was clean & served food. Breakfast was quite good. They picked us up at the airport, which we needed. They were helpful with printing things we needed & drivers etc. last month i stay there enjoy my trip. Front-desk was not so welcoming - they were always busy with their work; need to wait for drawing their attention. Is a little out of town but everywhere is accessible by a tuttut which is usually waiting at the entrance. The mattress in the room was so uncomfortable that we experienced insomnia and back pain even though we were dead tired of traveling,but thankfully it was changed to a good one once a complaint was made. The meal options. The food (room service) was not that great. Breakfast was good and the servers were very helpful. No sign board at the entrance . I had to cross restaurant below . Morning breakfast should be made complimentary. we cant expect more for the amount we pay. It was on a main road & next to big intersection. There was also nothing around, like restaurants or shops to go to. We just stayed there & planned our next leg. It was great for this.
