What's not to like?? Right from Day One, my husband and I were treated better than our expectations. With warm and friendly smiles from all the staff at all times, they were always willing to help us to the best of their abilities and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were bowled over by the warm and comfortable atmosphere, the clean surroundings, and the beautiful locale. Ideally situated right on Kovalam Beach, we were a stone's throw away from enjoying sunsets on the famous Hawa B.

Were talkative people and like to crack a joke and we found that there we could be ourselves and the staff just thought we were funny. Cleaning staff super helpful and kind, even helped us put on our saris. Wait/restaurant staff are perfect, helpful with the area and well mannered. We loved the welcome when we arrived after a six hour car journey we instantly felt relaxed, cool and refreshed. The staff sat us down gave use cold flannels and a drink while they checked us in. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the beach and sea. Very good experience, warm welcoming keep it up,clean in everything,very good breakfast, my grand daughter came from uk enjoyed the warm welcome and pool. The Sea View rooms were great. I liked to hear the sound of the ocean and gaze att the beautiful view. Loved the stay. Beautiful rooms with lavish bathrooms with amazing fittings. It was an amazing stay ... Hotel was nice and quiet perhaps too quite for tourist in terms of activitives . The rooms were very nice big and space 4 every thing. Location of hotel, a lot of cafe. Balcony is very nice experience . Nothing. Without trying to sound cheeky, the only thing I can point out is the lack of free wi-fi, which should be a basic facility, Turtle being a five-star hotel. The spa wasn't worth the money. I had a facial but had to go over the road to a salon where I lay in front of other customers while I had the treatment. It cost as much as a five star hotel however the experience was more like a cheap salon. Nothing. The path to the beach could have been cleaned up. It's probably not the hotel's area but anyway. Prices were way too high, food was really over priced even for very simple food like bread. Hygyine level was not to the expected level Lizards were found in our rooms and hotel staff did not really care about our complain No direct access to the beach. the first night was placed in a cheaper room, the next day I was transferred to the reserved by Booking room, moskutos, beach. Hospitality is bad. Food, cleanliness, swimming pool, and there is no beach access. No way it is a 5 star facility.
