Very good and valuable staff. They have offered to move the Wireless Router on my floor to get a better signal and also one of the guys took me to a restaurant nearby on my arrival day because was late night - after 10 PM. The rooms have personality and are nice decorated.The shower was with hot-water. In the end you get what you pay and the price was quite low. I will stay there again!. The owner and staff, especially Shankar, were brilliant, including taking us to a local Hindu wedding! Good food, great view of the fort from the roof and a great room with real character. Good location in the bazaar close to everything and 10 minutes from the station by touk-touk. I can't recommend Jagdamba Guest House highly enough.

They even help us to find a guesthouse in Pushkar with a reasonable price during Camel Fair. Location is great, both convenient and quite. Would highly recommend to all want to stay in Jodhpur. Great staff – they are not staff, they're people first of all who are ready to talk to you, give some advice abt the city etc. Cool guys! Cosy rooms, everything is painted, blankets are soooo soft that u don't want to leave the bed in the morning)). The manager,Shankar,is a great man to deal with. We had a lovely room with a balcony and the food was great. We thought the location was ideal as it is away from most of the touts and just off a lovely bazaar. The Jagdamba Guest house is a good place to stay, quite calm with good staff.specially mr. Mukesh is very cooperative and gives good suggestions. A nice guest house and very central to all the sites. Mukesh the owner was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and safe. While the individuality of each room has its charm, there's more negatives than positives. Hot water was nice. Location. Terrace. Very funny and helpful waiter. Good budget option for Jodpur. Great staff. Location. Leaving! Apart from that, nothing, I can't fault it. Nothing. No hot water :(. Not a complaint,but the steps inside are quite steep and high,so if you have dicky knees you might struggle. Father was kind and courteous, the son not so much. Everything in the "blue" room needed a nice scrub down. The bed consisted of a very thin and springy mattress that was not at all comfortable. Located down a narrow alley in Old City, only tuk tuks are your two feet are the modes of transportation available to your room. Overall, pretty so so about it all. Mouse in my room. We had to change it.dirt and smell of mouse urine in the other one. We had reserved by the hotel's boss a car for udaipur stopping ranakpur also in the morning that "for a coincidence" costs 500 rupiees more in the evening when everything is closed and it's more difficult to find another solution for The next day..sounds like a trick..poor restaurant. Bath room need to be cleaned, tiny sink in deluxe room - impossible to wash hands, dusty room, synthetic bed linen.
