  We have been with 2 dogs - labradors, the staff really loved the dogs and they have left in the bathroom an extra towel for them (I guess) that really impressed me, although we had ours and didnt need it.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time.   We loved the location right on the lake. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the lake which was breathtaking. Everyone at the hotel was really helpful and friendly. I did not have enough cash and it turned out that no credit cards are accepted. They just let me go and apologised. The cost was great compared to the cost of other hotels/motels that we stayed at during our trip.
