  very nice place for a transit trip between Poland and Chroatia (early autum) but I think it has a lot of advantages during the high season as well.   Room was a bit dated with the furniture. But we've got a apartment of two rooms for the regular double bed room, which was unexpected. Very polite host Mrs. Elizabeth, very friendly and polite stuff. MORE than a beautifull garden, 20 acres at least. Peacefull, birds singing, lovely!   It was clean and very well-maintained pension with a small swimming pool and garden. It's really 100 metres to the Balaton beach, just to cross the street. Excellent breakfast! However you have to pay 250 HUF extra for the coffee (it is not too much when you drink 1 coffee a day). The staff is very kind. - Very friendly personnel, very clean.
