  Very helpful staff, who is responsible for a friendly, clean and open atmosphere. The rooms are smart, lovely arranged and include the equipment you need.   Exceptional hospitality~the staff/owner is very happy to help the guests E.G. provide professional advices & useful information regarding the trip in Hungary. When I arrived the place and could not exchange money in the local bank, they lent me money so that I could go to the other place to have money exchange.   Bella Villa is a lovely place to stay. Someone picked us up from the airport and took us straight there, was no hassle at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful and told us where to go and what to avoid. The location is great, minutes from the lake and all the bars and restaurants.
