  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe.   Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. We got excellent value as we were staying for more than 4 nights.   The Location was great in the centre of the city. View Minutes walk to the Danube river, Basilika Church and Parliament. 7 Minutes Walk to the Opera. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

  We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel.
