  the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.

  An excellent value for the price, newly built, private underground parking costs 10 Euros/day, good facilities, not that far away from Budapest City center. Within 15 minutes (8 stops from Deak Ter) with the metro line (the station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel inside a Media Markt Shopping Mall). We recommend this hotel. Hope the price will... mitä ihmiset sanovat » not go up.We payed 180 Euros/3 nights, with the private parking included. - clean, new, comfortable, very quiet, big rooms, modern, nice staff. it is 10 minutes walk to a metro station (Gyöngyösi utca) and a shopping mall . a big Tesco with 2 restaurants in it is opened 24 hours and is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. in summary i would recommend this hotel if taking a metro and 10 minutes walk does not bother you.

  My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. The location - When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever

  The staff is extremely nice and helpful, from reception to bar and restaurant. A very big plus here! Room was crystal clean, and the bathroom in particular was looking great, all new and shiny. They have a very nice terrace on top of the building.   First good thing - parking! After that, very friendly, positively and polite staff on reception. Very good English. The rooms are very comfortable, large, clean, room fridge has a basic. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city of Budapest.
