it is 10 minutes walk to a metro station (Gyöngyösi utca) and a shopping mall .
a big Tesco with 2 restaurants in it is opened 24 hours and is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
in summary i would recommend this hotel if taking a metro and 10 minutes walk does not bother you.

Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. It was clean and friendly. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines). Anyone who's in the city for an MTK or Ferencvaros game will find it VERY convenient.

Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Hotel is really close to lot of sights, just a short walk from Parliament. Breakfast buffet was well stuffed and had a lot of options.

From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
