  Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner.   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there.   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex).
