  I have participated at the Budapest Nike Half Marathon and I choose this hostel because is across the Start/Finishing line. The hostel is very well situated for sports, museums, Zoo and because it is very close from Petoffi Hall where often take place rock concerts.   Amazing travelled a lot and this hostel was very clean, nice staff en a+ location. And if you book a week upfront with bookings.com you only pay 6 euro (10-11€ at the hostel it self). And they are open 24/7 what's nice if you want to go out until late in the morning. - The receptionists were really helpful and friendly.   The rooms were big and cosy, more than enough space for the clothes and luggage, there is a kitchen with fridges where we were able to prepare some food and have our meals. Furniture new, it was not dirty, the bathroom and wc are separate. We were able to have a nice and peaceful rest, no noise, people at the reception were very polite and effecti... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ve. More than what we expected for this price. - We booked a two person room without a shower and got three bed room with a bathroom, WC and a kitchenette! This is basically a campus dormitory turned into hostel for the summer - which is good, people who live there care for their rooms, nothing is broken. I liked the staff, especially the cynical girl who received us at night. In general, we had a very nice experience.

  For this money is very good. We must understand(for some previus commentators), this is just cheap slip option and not Ritz or hilton(for those you must pay a lot of money). The guy from Serbia was very nice and kind(also spoke a lot of lauguages). Iztok from SLO - i ve liked the welcome of GYULA and DORKA, SUPER!!!!!   The atmosphere of the hostel, with its eclectic, but harmonic design was amazing and we felt like being at a very nice, private home. Boldizsar, the owner and the staff are very sympathetic, relaxed and were always helpful (we got great tips what to visit in the city). The location of the hostel could not be better, it's right in the city center, ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in a calm street, but only 1 minute from the Central Market Hall and the main shopping street. We stayed in the very unique Baroque room and we loved - The location is perfect, it is within a short walking distance to a shopping street and public transportation. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and has a cosy atmosphere; it feels like home :) Both the manager, Boldizsar, and staff are very polite and helpful. Next time I visit Budapest I will definitely stay in Miller Hostel.
