  First good thing - parking! After that, very friendly, positively and polite staff on reception. Very good English. The rooms are very comfortable, large, clean, room fridge has a basic. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city of Budapest.

Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines).   second time i stay here, food is exelent , rooms little but also cheap and they are clean, staf is helpfull and they speak englise - The rooms were clean, spacious, soundproof. Breakfast was very tasty. Lots of parking space. Beautiful enviroment.
