  Location right on the beach. Most rooms will have a sea view. Quite Location but 5 mins walk to the main strip of plenty of bars ad restuarants and shops. There is a taverna, bar and supermarket right outside the hotel. - We got upgraded to an all inclusive suite. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included. The food was amazing.   Nice place, clean, frendly staff. - The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  It was an absolute pleasure to spend a week at Erietta . Everything exceeded expectations. Staff was absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the bar and restaurant and the taste of food could easily compete with the most reputable restaurants in Europe. Nothing we asked for was impossible, even asking for food at 1AM !! Pools and surroundings ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » are breath taking.Very friendly family owned hotel, the two gorgeous daughters, Denia and Herietta, educated in London and Milan, who are working at - Errietta apartments were fantastic,the setting was beautiful, very relaxing . Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.
