  great staff!! clean and comfort! - The owner, who took care of everything personally, was extremely helpful and cordial. The hotel is located very near to the beach and also to the bus stop to take one to Fira, the capital, only about 20 minutes away.

Amazing sitting on balcony it terrace at any time watching the view or lustening to the stillness or the donkey bells or the church bells. Excellent continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near the golden road. They had air conditioning.

  Our stay at the Tholos Resort was as close to being treated like royalty as I believe I will ever get. The staff was efficient beyond belief and quite friendly and happy. They worked as though there positions at Tholos were the only reason to live.   Hotel Sea View is a small hotel in front of the volcanic black beach of Perivolos. We have been there for 9 days in a simple, clean, wide and comfortable room. We enjoyed a lot the kindness of the hotel owner and his family. They have been very helpful and friendly anytime, beyond the call of their duty. A quick and professional bar service is available on t - I am so happy I chosen this hotel, this is a very good hotel because of the very friendly,very kind and very generous boss and staff. Our flight arrived at 4am which makes us afraid of being homeless before check in, but the boss left the room keys and a welcom message in the reception with no extra charge. What's more, the kind boss drive us to the airport for free when we are leaving. The food and drinks are cheaper than other nearby resturant. The clean and spacious rooms are very comfortabl

We will be back again - The landlord, Marios, was very welcoming, and answered all the questions we had regarding beaches, transport, restaurants etc. The room was just like the pictures, fantastic view over the beach, and included all the facilities that you need. They cleaned the room every day, fresh towels and clean sheets every other day. Quiet location, but still close to bars, beach and restaurants. We had a lovely vacataion, and will definitely stay here again.

  Everything was great... We stayed 8 days in Fira and the hotel is perfectly located in the very centre of the town, close to everything. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was simply amazing... The caldera view from the private terrace is stunning, and there is no need to move from the room to enjoy the sunset. The view only is worth every pen... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ny that you pay for the room, which is a nice room (especially the bathroom and the huge jacuzzi!!!) but definetely what makes it a 5 star hotel room - We stayed at the Honeymoon Suite (who says that you can only book those when you're on honeymoon ;), so the steps were not an issue (the lift goes almost all the way down to the suite). Other reasons to book this suite: Large terrace overlooking the caldera (probably one of the best terracces in Fira!), great big bed in its own little "cave" - and there is a whirlpool in the bathroom.
