  The staff was exceptional, anything we needed, including difficult transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel itself was gorgeous and set in the hillside above the bay with beautiful views and serenity.   It was an absolute pleasure to spend a week at Erietta . Everything exceeded expectations. Staff was absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the bar and restaurant and the taste of food could easily compete with the most reputable restaurants in Europe. Nothing we asked for was impossible, even asking for food at 1AM !! Pools and surroundings ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » are breath taking.Very friendly family owned hotel, the two gorgeous daughters, Denia and Herietta, educated in London and Milan, who are working at - Errietta apartments were fantastic,the setting was beautiful, very relaxing . Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.
