  We can’t recommend these well-maintained, family-run apartments more highly. For anyone wanting simple, self-catering accommodation in a perfect spot to access the beach and all Kos Town has to offer, this is the place. After arriving on foot, hot and tired, we were greeted with bottles of chilled water and a choice of rooms. Kiria Nitsa and her family are very welcoming, kind and - This a great budget place to stay. The location is excellent and facilities are good. Rooms are clean etc. But best of all are the people who run it. This is part of a family home and you are really made to feel welcome and shown great kindness. I would positively recommend Nitsa to anyone. If we are in Kos again, accommodation will be easy to find: just go direct to Nitsa!

  The hotel is budget friendly. Although not too much luxury is to be expected from the rooms and breakfast, the rooms are clean, and the hotel has all the necessary installations. The friendly and helpful hotel staff bend over backwards in order to accomodate their guests. They also run a great bar where you can have a good drink and a good time. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!

  Nice family run hotel with a large pool/garden & a snack bar full of Greek tastes. Not far from Faliraki beach and only 5 minute drive from Antony Queen bay. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. - George and his wife made me really feel welcome. The location is quiet and the rooms spacious. There is a snack bar and the food was awesome!
