The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned.
Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us.
On departure, they arranged breakfast early at 6.30am, since we had an early flight.

Mina is amazing! She was waiting for us at the airport, gave a lift to the hotel, welcomed us offering a drink while she was giving us map and information about the best places of the island. We had a very clean and well decorated room on first floor with balcony and sea view.The Hotel is in a very good location some steps of two magnificent beaches. We had great time. The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

The staff are lovely and helpful. As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge. Unfortunately Blue Star Ferries took my money and were not understanding at all.
