  Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. This was very beneficial as we saved money on breakfasts and enjoyed hospitality on our balcony.   We loved the setting and the luxurious feel of the entire compound.The sunsets, the views, and the accommodations were all amazing.   The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  The staff were really helpful, and right from the moment we booked the hotel they got in touch by email to find out when we were arriving, send pictures, and offer suggestions on how to get to the hotel. The hotel was located right by the beach (you couldn't really get much closer!). As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge.
