  Went with a friend to Georgioupolis Beach Hotel to escape long British winter. Got excellent deal from travel agent, with free upgrade to a lovely pool view - ground floor. Flew with Ryanair from LeedsBradford airport and journey went without a hitch. Met at Chania airport by the Hotel's transport. Accommodation spacious and very well equipped and comfortabl - Location, nice price, friendly staff, suberb view and spacious room and balcony or terras. (At the front of the hotel) They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft. Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool. The grounds are very well maintained. Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.   We liked it very much. The Management wanted to make sure we were happy and we were upgraded to a larger studio. Alas, the reopening of our studio that had just been refurbished led to petty problems. But the management was committed and in a short while, everything (hot water, or electricity in the bathroom) was fixed. The manager lent me his notebook connected - I really love my stay at this hotel and I was so sorry to leave. It is a very beautful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from our rooms were such a delight to wake up to and my friends had to drag me away from my tea on the beautiful terrace every morning. I thought both swimming pools were excellent and the beach was just at the end of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were such lovely friendly people - we were all very sad to be leaving them too.

  Large, 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, 1.5 bath, pool very clean. Very quiet as there were few people there during our stay. Fairly close to drive to beaches. Housekeeping even washed our dishes and got clean towels every day. Short drive to grocery store to buy food and supplies. You definitely need a car for this location.

  Very nice hotel, the one bedroom apartment was very spacious with two balconies with terrace and sliding doors. Very private. Cleaners did great job - even washed the dishes. Towels were changed regularly. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was the same for the 12 days we have stayed, but it was delicious anyway. Tavernas: definitely visit - The location was great - 5 minutes to bus stop to Chania and 5 minutes' walk to the beach. Located on a silent street, so no noise from the traffic during the night. The swimming pool was very nice and so was the breakfast-served daily between 8 and 10 with a variety of food - eggs,bacon,greek salad,musli,milk,toasts,buns,cake,yoghurt,fruits etc.

  I really have to say that this is a very very nice and friendly hotel. Not only the value for money but also the location and Design of the hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with a good spa shop and friendly atmosphere. And there is George, the owner of the hotel bar. I have to say that this guy really made our holidays.
