Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us.   Thalassa is very well located, quite on the see, but some kilometres away from the Kissamos town (which was good for us). The wiews from the apartments are superb! The two room apartments are well planned, with balcony and all equipments.   Very attractive hotel/apartment block located midway between town and the beach, so quiet and yet convenient. Nice pool (though surprisingly cold after a long, hot summer) and outdoor breakfast/lunch area. Very friendly owners, Eva and George. Absolutely perfect pool area, with comfortable sunbeds and a wonderful garden. We got clean towels every day and the room was perfectly cleaned. It was about 200 m to the bus stop (32) to Hersonissos and to the beach 200-250 M. The hotel is perfectly situated in the countryside quiet yet central. I would definitely go back. And the transfer service I great. (A family with 16 and 9 year old kids)

It is right by the beach. Quiet location- good for exploring the North West of Crete by car. Great value for money. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful. WIFI in restaurant area.

  Great location - a short walk from the seafront, beaches and main strip, which is ok but even better, a few minutes' drive up the hill (walkable if fitter and less lazy than me!) are delightful twin villages with as many good eateries as you could wish for. It is a very beautiful and quiet location, yet a short walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants.   We enjoyed Chania and the hotel very much. We live in Crete (East) but have not been to Chania before and we found the old port to be very beautiful. We loved the design of the hotel and the position for walking out and about the town. It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean, and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large shower.
