The place was very well kept and exceeded expectations. Manolis family was very welcoming and we felt we were wanted guests. The location is excellent - close to the beach and supermarket, but further away from the noise, which was non existent anyways in the off season. But still. Great views from the balcony and our every need was attended to with a smile. Great experience.
Plakias is a beautiful place, huge sandy bay with fantastic scenery all around
The apartments are brilliantly located just above the resort with great views but only a short walk from all facilities

Really good apartments with all what you need in simple life and in trip. Zambia don't speak English, but her son so good. Everyday cleaning and towel changing. Good place in south Crete with beautiful sea and mountain view. Good tavern Mitros near apartments.
Superb! Our apartments was lovely and very comfortable, with a fully equiped kitchen. Manolis was an excelent host.

There are steps into the village which some might find a bit difficult, but Plakias is in a mountainous area so it is natural to find step here (it does keep the apartments quieter!).
Not for very old people- so high footway.
