  Great black sand beach is in one minute walk. Very good restaurants and cafes is around the villa (Ntomatino, Volcano, Poseidon, Grandma's recipes). Not much people on the beach (the end of june). It's about 15-20 minutes to go by car to Fira and 30-35 to Ia. 50m to the bus station. Daily room cleaning. It's definatelly cost more money then you need to - The owners were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good and it was a short walk to the black sand beach. We had stayed in Oia for two nights before this and decided to try the beach for one night.

  it is in perissa right by the beach, a lot of bars close by. The staff is very friendly, everyone knows tony in town who is the owner of the hotel. - Great value. It's not a 5 star hotel but the house has some character. Tony picked us up at the port at 3.30am, and the ferry arrived more than an hour late. Hes very nice and helpful too.
