However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street.   Nice room with a big shower. - The value for money....excellent for it's location, and having staied in a triple we had a great view of the Acropolis :). - Proximity to the centre of Athens. The staff were very helpful. Thebreakfast was lovely and the rooms clean the view was spectacular fromthe rooftop balcony.

  We loved our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, great service, personal approach. We felt at home there. The room had a retro style to it which reminded me my childhood home. I loved it. Actually, there is free wireless almost everywhere you go in Athens. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Every day we would - The staff at Acropolis were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. The location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting

  I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Athens. The staff is very friendly. The value for money is splendid. The location is quite reasonable: the hotel is in a safe neighborhood, and the metro station is nearby (about ten minutes walk). Since I'm not interested in swimming pool, the only minus point of the hotel is the slow speed of the free-internet acce - Clean rooms. Junior suite had a nice balcony to smoke on with chairs and a table. Good ac. Super hot shower water if you wanted it. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff who gladly answered questions about the area. Close to the Megaro Metro station and us Embassy for landmarks and easy travel to and from the airport. Only five Euro taxi to the Acropolis area. Good burger and rib joint right on the other side of the street when you want something easy and simple.
